People have managed to build all kinds of dishes around kale, from shakes to salads to cookies to chips. The Amy’s Kitchen 3 Cheese & Kale Bake, however, doesn’t treat kale like an ultra-healthy delicacy. Instead, it treats it like a comfort food.

The dish — which contains cheddar, Monterrey jack, and Parmesan cheese — is incredibly creamy. The moment you pull it out of your microwave — or your oven — you’ll be treated to a rich, cheesy scent.
