Amy's Gluten Free Tofu Scramble

The tofu in this wrap has a very nice texture to it; it’s not overly chewy like some tofu can be. The hashbrowns are a little thin, but they are quite tasty, and they help fill out the wrap a bit. Fresh vegetables, like carrots, mushrooms, and zucchini, also give it a lot of favor. This wrap is gluten-free, but you wouldn’t know it if you did a blind taste test; it’s comparable to other frozen breakfast burritos on the market.

Some of our preferred breakfast burritos are a little on the spicy side. That isn’t really true of this wrap; while it is a vegan dish, it has a creamier taste. It’s perfect for a light morning meal, and it goes wonderfully with coffee. Not every Amy’s Kitchen burrito is a winner, but this one hits it out of the park.
