Good Food Made Simple Mediterranean Veggie Burrito Review

Good Food Made Simple Mediterranean Veggie Burrito

While Good Food Made Simple offers a wide range of breakfast burritos, most of their offerings can’t be enjoyed by vegetarians. The majority of their burritos contain meat, and the meatless option we’ve tried wasn’t exactly breakfast-friendly. Thankfully, the Mediterranean Veggie burrito is both meat-free and breakfast-safe.

This burrito contains a lot of the things that we like to eat in the morning, like egg whites, potatoes, and spinach. Ingredients like shiitake mushrooms, red peppers, and feta cheese give this burrito a rich and interesting taste.

We have no major complaints when it comes to flavor; the veggies are plentiful and the eggs taste great. The biggest issue with this burrito — and other Good Food Made Simple offerings — is the size. If you’re expecting this burrito to hold you over for a while, you’re going to be disappointed. Its 240 calories and 10 grams of protein won’t keep most diners full for long.

If you’re looking for a fast, light, and meatless breakfast, this is a pretty solid option. If you need plenty of fuel for a busy day, however, you might want to opt for a frozen breakfast that will stick with you for longer. This burrito feels more like a snack than a substantial meal.
