Good Food Made Simple Southwestern Veggie Burrito Review

Good Food Made Simple Southwestern Veggie Burrito

The Good Food Made Simple Southwestern Veggie Burrito claims to be a breakfast burrito. If you were to look at the ingredients on the label, you might be persuaded to believe that that is the case. Egg whites, cheddar cheese, and peppers are all things that we like to eat at breakfast time.

However, the actual burrito doesn’t taste like anything you’d normally eat at breakfast time. A spicy sauce and corn dominate the flavor palette. While you can taste some beans and peppers, you can barely make out any egg at all.

None of this means that the Southwestern Veggie Burrito is a bad burrito. As a matter of fact, it’s fairly tasty. The sauce gives it some real kick, and the flour tortilla holds the ingredients together nicely. If you want a spicy and reasonably healthy snack, dining on this burrito isn’t a bad idea.

That said, it’s small in size, and it doesn’t have the kind of taste that is promised on the label. Don’t eat this burrito at breakfast, but consider having it if you want a lunch or dinnertime snack. This burrito would go wonderfully with a bowl of Mexican rice.
