Amy’s Pesto Pizza Review

Amy's Pesto Pizza

We’ve always had great experiences with Amy’s Kitchen pizzas. From their phenomenal Margherita Pizza to their mouthwatering Barbeque Pizza, their frozen pizzas have never failed to impress. Amy’s Pesto Pizza continues the trend. This single-serving pizza would be right at home in any restaurant.

As the image below shows, this pizza is loaded with vegetables. Both the broccoli and tomatoes are very fresh. The tomatoes were a little bit sweet, which nicely contrasted with the bitterness of the pesto. The broccoli had a little bit of a crunch, but it was soft enough to chew through. There were plenty of veggies in every bite!

This pizza uses part-skim mozzarella, but we didn’t notice a difference in taste or texture. It has the same creamy, mild taste we expect from mozzarella.

The pesto is delicious; it contains the ideal amount of basil. It’s the perfect sauce for this sort of pizza.

Strangely, our favorite thing about this pizza is actually the crust. The whole wheat crust, which is made with potato flour, is very flavorful. We didn’t leave a single bite behind.

You really can’t go wrong with an Amy’s Kitchen pizza. If you’re in the mood for pizza, and you don’t feel like ordering delivery, head to your freezer aisle and see what Amy’s has to offer. Whether you try this Pesto Pizza or one with different toppings, you’re going to have an amazing meal.
