Amy’s Breakfast Scramble Wrap definitely isn’t the healthiest meal in the Amy’s line. With 490 mg of sodium and 4.5 grams of saturated fat, this isn’t the kind of wrap you want to eat every day. Unfortunately, this wrap doesn’t have quite enough flavor to make up for the fat.

The Breakfast Scramble Wrap has a lot of appealing ingredients in it, from tofu to Smart Bacon to organic cheddar cheese. However, the dish still feels like it’s missing something. It isn’t very well seasoned, and some ingredients, like the Smart Bacon, are almost impossible to taste.

The burrito also feels like it needs a little more texture. We would have enjoyed it a lot more if it had some potatoes or rice mixed in. We love a good tofu scramble, but this just has too much of the stuff.

This certainly isn’t a bad wrap. In fact, if you were to add a smidge of hot sauce, it’d be downright delicious. Still, we don’t want to settle for so-so breakfast wraps when there are so many other great options out there. We recommend you try Sweet Earth’s Lighten Up Burrito or the Evol Egg and Green Chile Burrito instead.
