The Freezer Meal Frenzy staff always appreciates a good frozen burrito. While we’re fond of burritos with fancy fillings, sometimes we want something simple, like a basic bean and cheese burrito. The Amy’s Kitchen Gluten-Free Non-Dairy Burrito definitely keeps things simple, and it manages to avoid gluten too.

You’ll probably get better results if you opt to cook this burrito in the oven, but we went for the faster, easier option and nuked this in the microwave. If you take this route, we’d recommend staying on the longer side of the suggested cook times. We cooked ours for a minute, then for another minute, then again for 30 more seconds. It takes a little while to thaw everything out!

It’s not super bland, but it is a little bit plain. If you’re looking for a way to kick this up a notch, we’d suggest adding your favorite salsa.
