While not every bowl is a hit, some of the better bowls taste like something you could order at a restaurant. The Curry Tiger bowl is definitely restaurant ready. It’s flavorful and filled with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Like the Curry Tiger Burrito, this bowl contains a hearty helping of curry seitan. However, the bowl also offers many other appealing ingredients. The protein-rich quinoa blends perfectly with the curry powder, and the organic broccoli and carrots have a wonderfully fresh taste.
The organic lentils have a nice amount of crunch to them, which gives the dish a very pleasant texture. Although curries can be spicy, this dish isn’t overpowering. The creamy coconut milk gives it a milder, creamier flavor.
If you’re in the mood for some curry but don’t want to head to an Indian restaurant, you should try this meal instead. There aren’t a lot of options when it comes to frozen Indian food, but this delicious dish is a terrific choice.
