One of our favorite parts of ordering Chinese takeout is getting a side order of egg rolls. It’s hard not to love these deep-fried appetizers, especially when they’re vegetarian-friendly. Thanks to PF Chang’s Vegetable Egg Rolls, we can now enjoy these treats without ordering out.
When you open up this box, you’ll find two packages. In one, there are eight very small egg rolls, and in the other, you’ll find a frozen packet of sauce. Thankfully, this small sauce packet is easy to thaw out. Toss it in a hot mug of water while the egg rolls cook, and you’ll be good to go.
The egg rolls come with both microwave and oven instructions, but we knew that only the oven would deliver the crispy texture we were craving. Thankfully, heating these snacks in the oven only takes 15 minutes. We recommend covering your baking sheet in aluminum foil before you heat these babies up; otherwise, you might wind up with a mess.
As you might be able to tell from the image above, these egg rolls are absolutely tiny. We’d say that it would take 3 or 4 pieces to make a single egg roll. There are a total of eight egg rolls in a box, but that doesn’t amount to much. Don’t expect a box of these treats to feed a hungry household!
That said, these itty-bitty egg rolls are pretty tasty. The veggie filling — which consists of cabbage, carrots, and green onions — is simple but still satisfying. The oven-cooked egg roll wrappers are perfectly crispy, and they make a great complement to the softer filling.
We weren’t familiar with P.F. Chang’s signature sauce before trying it with these egg rolls, but we definitely dug it! It has a strong ginger flavor that really gives the egg rolls some kick.
PF Chang’s Vegetable Egg Rolls are tinier and less impressive than the egg rolls you’ll get when you order takeout, but they’re still good enough to satisfy you if you’re in the mood for a nice crunchy treat. We wish they were a little bit bigger, but in spite of their small size, we’d love to eat these snacks again.

I tried these. They were terrible, never purchase again. Even the dipping sauce was disgusting
