If Smart
Just like the Lean Cuisine meal, this potato-filled meal takes six minutes to heat these potatoes. We’re not sure why potatoes take so long to thaw, but we didn’t have any issues during the cooking process. Unfortunately, our dish didn’t look very impressive when it came out of the microwave.

As you might be able to tell from the image above, the sauce here is a little on the thin side. A few good stirs improves the situation, but this sauce is still pretty runny. That makes it a little harder to coat the otherwise plain potatoes with cheese. However, the sauce, which is made from melted cheddar, is pretty tasty.
The broccoli here is less impressive; it’s a little mushy, which isn’t ideal. There’s also not a lot of food here, though thankfully this is only a 190-calorie meal. We don’t know why we’d choose this side dish when we could eat something that would actually fill our stomachs.
We weren’t impressed by Smart Ones Broccoli & Cheddar Roasted Potatoes, especially when we compare it to similar dishes from other brands. We don’t understand the purpose of this meal, and we don’t think it’s particularly tasty. Even if you’re a cheesy potato addict, we’d suggest passing on these potatoes.
